Hotel The Palm (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

Everything was perfect, the buffet breakfast was totally worth it. The room was well-kept and the personnel was helpful. Our bed was good! The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Coco Bongo.

The hotel was romantic, I liked staff and location. The building itself was beautiful with a beautiful garden.

Reasonably clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and next to the beach and the public transportation, the ferry, 5th avenue shops/restaurants and beach.

Hotel was fairly clean, casual, had cool staff and service. Courtesy from the whole staff. The room was cleaned and available with a balcony and gigantic shower and A/C. Centrally based in a beautiful area. The plunge swimming pool of the property was well-maintained.

Accommodating staff, SUPERB service, extremely spacious and huge rooms. Spotlessly clean and cute hotel in Centro district. The airport was 1 mile away from here, perfect location. It was good to have cool drinks in the pool bar. I used free WiFi throughout the property.

Well priced with airy rooms. The hotel's staff was funny, was always available with any request.

Perfect stay in the exceptional area. Hotel's lobby was inviting, I liked it. Stores and a pharmacy were right next door. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Kaxapa Factory that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Great location and nice room. Within short walking distance to the restaurant La Famiglia. The decor here was comfortable:)))
